This page describes what the GfxPrints website actually does today. GfxPrints is a small custom-printing business; we collect only what we need to make and deliver your order.

What we collect, and when

• When you place an order: your name, phone, email, delivery address, the items and designs you chose, the print files you uploaded, your chosen payment method, and (if you add them) a mobile-wallet transaction ID and payment screenshot.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email and message.
• When you chat with us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number and whatever you send us.

What stays on your own device

Your cart, wishlist and the pictures in your upload library are saved in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you place an order or send us a message. You can clear them any time in your browser settings.

Who handles your information

• Google (Drive, Sheets, Apps Script): when you place an order online, your order details and print files are saved to GfxPrints' Google account so we can produce your order.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you send your request through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own policy.
• FormSubmit: the contact form is delivered to us by the FormSubmit email service.
• Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare): your browser loads fonts and the design-editor library from these services, so they see your IP address and browser details.
• CounterAPI: a simple visitor counter. It receives a request when a page loads but we do not send it your personal details.
• Couriers: your name, phone and address are shared with the delivery company to deliver your parcel.

How we use it

To make, pack, deliver and support your order, to answer your messages, and to keep order records. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Your files and designs

Please upload only artwork you own or have permission to use. We use your files only to print your order. We may keep order records and print files for a reasonable time so we can handle reprints and complaints, and delete them on request unless we need to keep them for the order.

Cookies

We do not set advertising cookies. The storage described above is used to make the shop work.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the contact page.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.

Changes

If we change how the site works, we will update this page and its date.
