GfxPrints is a custom-printing shop. Most items are made specially for you, so please read these terms before ordering.

1. Orders

Sending an order or a request through the website or WhatsApp is an offer to buy. It becomes an order only when GfxPrints confirms it to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the artwork cannot be printed, or payment cannot be confirmed, and we will refund anything you have paid for it.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (Rs.) and may change before your order is confirmed. Delivery is added at checkout. You can pay by cash on delivery, or by bank transfer or mobile wallet (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash) as shown at checkout. For wallet payments we confirm the transaction before we start printing. The website does not take card payments.

3. Your artwork

• You must own the artwork, photos and text you upload, or have permission to use them. You are responsible for any claim that they infringe someone else's rights.
• We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes trademarks or copyright, and we will refund an order we refuse.
• The preview in the design studio is a close guide only. Colours can differ slightly between screens and printed products, and our team confirms final placement before production.
• Low-resolution images print blurry. The studio warns you when a picture looks too small; printing it anyway is at your own risk.

4. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen with printing, couriers or public holidays. Please check your address and phone number carefully, as the courier uses them to reach you.

5. Returns and refunds

Because items are personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size or colour. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will reprint or refund it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

6. Order requests sent through WhatsApp

If your browser cannot attach files automatically, the site opens WhatsApp and downloads your print files so you can attach them yourself. Your request is not complete until you have sent the message and the files, and GfxPrints has confirmed it.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
